Both classes offer a fun, inclusive workout for ladies of all ages and abilities, taught by a female instructor. Involves a gentle warm-up, basic boxing techniques, punch bag drills, partner pad work, circuits and “tums and bums” exercises – all non-contact and encouraging participation at your own pace and to your own fitness levels.
